Before recommending anything, we ask: will you live in it or invest, where do you work, where do your children go to school, and what are your cash and monthly budgets?
We recommend from more than one source
Units from several developers and the resale market, with price per m² and handover date, so you compare on the same basis.
We tell you the downsides too
Every recommendation comes with what might bother you: traffic, a distant handover, high maintenance fees, or a developer whose track record isn't the best.
We view with you
We book the viewing and come along if you'd like, and show you what to look for in the unit and the compound.
We check the paperwork before any deposit
We request the documents from the developer or seller, make sure there are no outstanding debts, and advise you to review the contract with a lawyer.
