Touch Real Estate is a website that lists property units and projects in Egypt, along with area and developer guides and articles that help buyers make their decision. We act as a broker between you and developers or unit owners. We are not the developer or owner of any unit unless this is explicitly stated.

2.Information and Prices

We gather prices, payment plans, unit sizes and timelines from developers and unit owners, and we try to keep them up to date. However, this information is for guidance only and may change without notice. The final reference is the written offer or the contract you sign with the developer or seller.

Photos, renderings and floor plans are for illustration only and may differ from the actual unit in finishing or layout.

3.Our Role in the Buying Process

We recommend units, arrange viewings, and help you compare options and gather the paperwork. The decision to buy, any payments and the signing of contracts are your responsibility, and we always advise you to review the contract with a lawyer before you pay.

We do not collect down payments or installments on behalf of developers. All payments are made directly to the developer or owner against an official receipt.

4.Use of the Website

• Do not use the website for anything unlawful or to publish false information.
• Do not copy content or images and publish them elsewhere without written permission.
• The information you submit in requests must be accurate and must be your own.

5.Intellectual Property

The website design, articles and guides are the property of Touch Real Estate. Developers' names, logos and project images belong to their respective owners and are shown here to present their projects.

6.Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, and we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on it without checking with the developer or the contract. We are also not responsible for developers meeting their delivery dates or specifications.

The website may link to developer websites or other services. Those websites have their own terms and policies, and we do not control their content.

8.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably; if it cannot be, the courts of Cairo will have jurisdiction.
