Ain Sokhna, next to Mountain View Sokhna 1 · La Vista Developments
La Vista Ray is a gated beach resort in Ain Sokhna, built by La Vista Developments together with the travel and hospitality group Travco on a 45-feddan plot next to Mountain View Sokhna 1. Its neighbors along this stretch include La Vista 4, La Vista 5, La Vista 7, Mountain View Sokhna 2 and Kai Sokhna.
What sets Ray apart from the nearby resorts is its Asian identity: colors, planting and building exteriors take their cue from the Far East, and the retail strip follows a Thai theme. The product covers chalets, penthouses, townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas, suiting buyers who want a holiday home they can use in winter as well as summer, since the area enjoys mild breezes year-round.
The master plan limits buildings to just 18% of the land, leaving the rest to greenery and water, so pools appear in every corner of the resort and most homes look onto water rather than onto facing blocks.
La Vista Ray is organized into four main enclaves, each with its own character, while every owner can use all of the resort's facilities. The architecture brings an Asian atmosphere to the Red Sea through its palette, landscaping and façade details, and at the center sits the Thai Promenade with shops, restaurants and entertainment. Units overlook the gardens, the beach, or both.
The resort sits on 45 feddans with only 18% built over, a low ratio that explains the generous open space and the pools running between the rows. No official unit count has been published.

Most owner listings here are handed-over units sold for cash. If an owner unit still has installments outstanding, the buyer reimburses what the seller has paid plus the agreed premium and takes over the remaining installments with La Vista. Before signing, request the unit's statement of account from the developer and check the transfer fee and maintenance deposit.
