About ACAM Developments
ACAM Developments did not start from scratch. It is the product of an alliance between three companies: Residence Developments, owned by Essam Mansour; Saudi Al Muhaidib Holding, led by engineer Saad Al Ghaithi; and Banayat, owned by Idris Mohamed and previously known as Dar Al Binaa Al Arabi. That partnership has pointed the company in two clear directions: the New Administrative Capital and the North Coast.
Tips for buying at Dose or in the Capital
A chalet on the coast and an apartment in the Capital call for different math:
- At Dose and its phases, ask how far your phase sits from the sea and whether the unit faces a lagoon or the beach.
- Learn how the village runs in and out of season, and who handles rentals if you plan to lease the chalet.
- At Scene 7 and Scenario, compare each compound's distance to the Capital's main roads, and confirm the sports facilities in the contract, not the brochure.
- For a unit at Inava Mall, confirm the permitted activity on your floor and check rents at nearby operating malls.

ACAM Developments FAQ
Where are ACAM Developments projects?
ACAM has Dose village with its Sway and Jay Beyond phases on the North Coast, plus Scene 7, Scenario and Inava Mall in the New Administrative Capital.
Who are the partners behind ACAM?
It is an alliance of Residence Developments (Essam Mansour), Saudi Al Muhaidib Holding (engineer Saad Al Ghaithi) and Banayat (Idris Mohamed).
Should I buy at Dose from ACAM or on resale?
For a sea-close unit in a sold-out phase, resale may be the answer; for comfortable installments, newer phases from the developer fit better. Compare total price and unit position either way.
