Al Manara Developments, officially Al Manara for Tourism and Real Estate Development, was founded in 2019 with a capital of EGP 90 million by five Egyptian engineers. They are led by Eng. Ahmed Omar, chairman of La Sirena tourism group, together with Eng. Mohamed Ali, head of the Arcreate engineering consultancy, and partners Mahmoud Omar, Hassan Emara and Mohamed Youssef. So the brand is young, but its founders come from tourism and engineering consulting, and the developer says it focuses on environmentally friendly design.
