About Arabco Developments
Arabco Developments started out in Dubai in 1993, and after years of work there it brought part of its business to Egypt, choosing the Fifth Settlement as its entry point. The company is led by engineer Mohamed Ouf with a board of architects and engineers, and it says its aim is to carry its design experience from the UAE into the projects it builds in Cairo.
Focusing on one area lets the company build experience in a specific market, but it also means its projects compete with a lot of malls in the same district.
How to compare Jeel Mall and Hub Walk
If you are thinking of buying a shop, clinic or office in either mall, these are the points that matter:
- Check each mall's exact location relative to 90th Street and the inhabited neighborhoods around it, since that drives footfall.
- Compare unit sizes and price per square meter between the two malls, not just against competitors.
- Ask who will manage and operate the mall after handover and whether there is a plan to bring in anchor brands.
- Read the contract's delivery and service-charge terms, and understand how common area is calculated.
- Dubai experience is a plus, but judge execution here by visiting the site and tracking construction pace.
