About Arabia Holding
Arabia Holding was founded in 1992 by engineer Tarek Shoukry, who previously owned a contracting company that delivered many public and private projects. The company started with residential buildings in Heliopolis, Nasr City and Agami, then moved on to integrated compounds and later took its work to Dubai. Tarek Shoukry also heads the Real Estate Development Chamber at the Federation of Egyptian Industries and is vice chairman of the New Cairo Investors Association.
