Arqa Developments started in 2019 under engineer and businessman Helmy Abbas, who also heads Al Nakheel Contracting in Egypt and Gulf Contractors in the UAE, and has experience in government work in Abu Dhabi. That contracting background shows in the company's direction: it says it prioritizes green space and leisure facilities in its projects, at prices aimed at a range of buyers.

The company also lists Avery Park in the New Administrative Capital among its projects.

Arqa works in three areas with very different profiles, so pick by goal:

• For an office in the Capital, ask where I Business Park sits relative to the government district and business area, and about expected occupancy.
