Better Home Developments was founded in 1998 by Eng. Sherif Adly, and buyers know it mostly through the Midtown brand that appears in several cities. Its portfolio combines residential, retail and office projects.

Its biggest presence is in the New Administrative Capital, with several Midtown residential and commercial projects, alongside Midtown New Cairo on 18 feddans near 90th Street and the American University, and a project in New Zayed.

The names are very similar, so first confirm the exact project and location before booking: Midtown Sky, Midtown Solo and Midtown Condo differ in unit sizes, price and handover date. Ask for each project's master plan.
