Better House Developments Projects in Egypt

About Better House Developments

Better House Developments was founded in 2006 and, according to available information, has completed around 150 residential and commercial projects. Most of its historic work is in East Cairo areas such as El Shorouk, Heliopolis and New Cairo.

As the market shifted toward the New Capital, the company entered with an office project there, so its portfolio now spans residential buildings in established cities and office space in the Capital.

Before buying an office in Sky Business Park

The company's long project list works in your favor: ask about buildings it delivered in El Shorouk or New Cairo and visit them, since how they look years later says a lot about execution quality.

For the office itself, decide whether you will use it or rent it out. If you will use it, ask about parking, building hours and shared services. If you will rent it, compare real rents in the same district rather than advertised yields, and factor in the wait until the building operates.

Read the handover, finishing and monthly service-charge clauses, and ask who will manage the building. With a small down payment and long plan, compare the total cost with a cash offer nearby.
