About Brouq Developments

Brouq Developments was formed in 2020 through an alliance of three parties: NBS Real Estate, the Qatar High Speed group and El Feda Contracting. The setup brings development, funding and construction under one roof.

Although it is young in Egypt, the company is credited with work abroad, including Brouq Tower in Doha, Blue Pearl in France and resorts in Fes, Morocco. At home it began with office and retail malls in the New Capital before moving into residential and commercial projects in New Cairo.

Before buying from Brouq

Since most of its Capital projects are malls and business parks, there is a lot of similar supply nearby. Before choosing a unit, compare each building's location relative to monorail stations and the Government District, and ask about sales and expected occupancy.

If you want a home in the Fifth Settlement, Avira Residence and Brouq New Cairo should be judged on different criteria: distance to 90th Street and the Suez Road, nearby schools, and the finishing level in the specification sheet.

Because its Egyptian track record is still forming, ask for a written construction timeline, check the site periodically, and have a lawyer review the delay clause before signing.
