About Captain Developments
Captain Developments began in 1993 as a construction specialist before moving into development. Earlier work the company cites includes Ramatan village on the North Coast, Blue Bay in Ain Sokhna, Cyan Bay in Ras Sudr, a mini compound in El Obour City and a partnership in the first two phases of Marseilia. In the New Capital, the developer says its projects in the Leisure and Shopping district and in Downtown have finished construction, and that Ravie is its third project there.
Before you buy from Captain
This developer has earlier projects in the Capital itself, so instead of relying on claims, visit the buildings the company says are complete in the Leisure district and Downtown, and ask owners there about handover and finishing. For Ravie, find out where exactly the compound sits within R8, how far it is from occupied neighborhoods and the monorail, and how much is built on site today. If you are considering a shop in Smart Mall, ask which activities are permitted, how the mall will be operated, and what yearly service charges you will owe. In every case, read the late-delivery penalty clause and compare price per square meter with projects in the same district.
