Request pricesConcept Developments was founded in 2009 as an extension of Franco Tech for Engineering Works, a firm with a background in infrastructure. The company is chaired by Eng. Ihab Abou El Magd, and Dr. Hossam Abdel Meguid has consulted on several of its New Capital projects. Its current focus is commercial and office space in the heart of the capital.
Before it, the company launched Saint Mall 2 and Saint Mall Downtown in the capital, and it also has the Sela village on the North Coast.
The capital's Downtown has a large number of malls side by side, so competition for tenants will be strong. Don't buy on the district alone: study the mall's own frontage, its real distance to the monorail station and main corridors, and the tenant mix planned for each floor.
Small units are tempting because the total price is lower, but ask how much shared area is added to your unit, what the service charges are, and who will operate the mall.
