Dorra Developments Projects in Egypt

About Dorra Developments

Dorra Developments was founded in 1943 by the late engineer Mohamed Hassan Dorra and has since worked across residential, commercial, administrative and tourism projects. Most of its footprint in Egypt is in Sheikh Zayed: Dorra compound, The Address West, Greens, Capital Business Park, The Courtyard, Atrium Plaza and Al Mostakbal buildings. According to its profile, it has also built towers in the UAE and Qatar.

Before you buy from Dorra

Dorra's long history in Sheikh Zayed gives you a practical advantage: delivered communities that have been lived in for years. Walk through one and look at facades, landscaping and internal roads, and ask residents about maintenance.

The Address East extends The Address West brand from Zayed, so if you like the experience there, ask what will carry over and what differs in sizes and unit types.

Compare Village West's price per square meter with nearby Zayed compounds, and The Address East with comparable New Cairo projects. Do not rely on general promises about price growth or rental returns; ask for actual rents on similar delivered units. In the contract, check the late-delivery clause, the maintenance deposit and the detailed finishing specification.
