Edge Holding was established in 2018 through the merger of two companies: Al Borouj Real Estate and Saudi Arabia's Al Mashareq, which brought considerably longer experience to the partnership. The combination gave Edge a mixed portfolio of residential, office and commercial projects from the start, most of it concentrated in the New Administrative Capital.

Its portfolio also includes the Oia Hub mall in the Capital.

How to choose among Edge Holding projects

If you need a home, the Oia compound is the only residential option here, so check how close it is to districts where services already operate and which amenities will be delivered with your unit rather than years later.

If you are investing, hotel, office and retail units work very differently. Hotel units are usually run under an operating agreement, so read the revenue-sharing terms, the contract length and whether you can use the unit yourself. Offices in the business park depend on companies relocating to the Capital, while shops depend on surrounding foot traffic.
