About EGICS Developments

EGICS Developments was founded in 2004 as the real estate arm of the EGICS group, which includes six companies in industrial solutions, automation and contracting, with branches in Oman, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Uganda and the UAE. The group says it represents global industrial brands and runs its own ready-mix concrete plants, which helps it control construction costs. The developer is led by Eng. Ehab Abou Hadid.

Before you buy in Haven Business Tower

The group's concrete and contracting background may help with build speed, but verify construction progress on site yourself and read the late-delivery clause and the yearly service charges.
