How to choose between Four Season malls

Find out each mall's exact district: Downtown, next to a residential neighborhood, or near the Government District. A mall beside actual residents usually fills up faster than one relying on office workers who haven't arrived yet. Check which of the company's malls have been delivered and are operating, and visit them. Ask about leasing and marketing plans after opening and whether the developer offers management for owners. In the contract, review the delay clause, service charges and the share of common area billed to your unit.
