About HMD Developments

HMD Developments was formed as an alliance between two companies: Al Horreya Real Estate Development and Maalem Group for Development and Construction. The idea is to pool both firms' experience into one entity that can launch residential and commercial projects, and the company ties its work to Egypt Vision 2030 and modern construction techniques. A meaningful share of its work was done in the Beit El Watan project in its second and third districts.

Its portfolio also includes Two Towers mall in the New Capital.

Before booking, walk around the malls near Golden View Tower, find out their prices and construction progress, and put your unit in that comparison.

The tower is mid-sized, which can work in your favor with fewer units and simpler management. Ask how activities are distributed across floors and which side your unit faces, since units on the main street lease faster and at higher rents.

Long payment plans are comfortable, but installments may continue after handover, so check whether expected rent will cover them. Review the late-delivery penalty and service charges in your contract with this real estate developer, and ask which partner is responsible for construction.
