About JDAR Developments
JDAR Developments traces its market experience back to 1996 and says it has completed more than 20 projects in that time, including three residential towers in Alexandria. For most buyers, though, the company is best known for one North Coast resort: Sea View.
Before you buy in Sea View
The company says part of the first phase has already been handed over, which gives you a rare advantage: visit the delivered section and check the real distance from your unit to the sea, the condition of pools and landscaping, and security and cleanliness both in and out of season.
Ras El Hekma prices move fast, so benchmark Sea View's price per square meter against neighboring resorts on the same stretch, and distinguish between elevated units with a view and inland rows. Also ask about annual service charges, whether there is a rental program for when you are not using the unit, and who manages the resort after handover.
