About Maxim Developments

Maxim Developments is the real estate arm of MIG, a group that started in construction in 1980 before expanding into hospitality, retail and services. Dr. Mohamed Karrar founded the group and chairs Maxim. Among the group's best-known names are the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski hotel and, in real estate, Maxim Country Club in New Cairo's 5th Settlement.

Earlier projects include Maxim Residence in El Shorouk, Bo Med on the North Coast, and Heliopolis Towers.

Where Maxim builds and how to choose

Maxim's portfolio has two poles: East Cairo for living and the North Coast for summer. If you are considering The Canyon, compare its location with nearby New Cairo projects, and ask about the built-up ratio and which services will be ready with the first phase rather than later.
