Hotel-managed unit or a regular compound?

These two projects are very different purchases. Units carrying an international hotel brand on the coast usually cost more and come with higher service fees, but in return you get a known standard of operation and sometimes a rental program run by management. Ask about that program: who rents the unit out, what share of revenue you keep, and whether it is mandatory or optional.

Naia West in Sheikh Zayed is a primary-home decision: think about schools, work, the roads you will use daily, and the price per square meter compared with nearby Zayed compounds.

In both cases, the company says it commits to delivery dates, which is good to hear, but what matters is that it is written into the contract with a clear penalty. Check that before booking any Naia project in Egypt.
