If you are thinking of buying in R7 from New Plan

Having three compounds by the same developer in one district makes comparison easy. Ask how Talah, Atika and Serrano differ in total area, number of units and services, since a larger compound usually has more amenities but more residents too.

As an early builder in the Capital, the company may have delivered phases, so ask which ones and visit them. A delivered phase is the most honest guide to what you will receive. Compare the price per square meter in R7 with other districts such as R8 and R5.

Amara in New Cairo and Sadaf on the coast are newer projects outside the Capital, so take time to verify the site and construction progress. With any New Plan project in Egypt, read the delay clause and maintenance deposit before signing.
