Plaza Gardens Development, known in Arabic as Hadayek Plaza, was founded in 2013 by engineer Nafea Abdel Hady. The company offers residential and commercial projects, and "Rhodes" is the best-known name in its portfolio, used on both a New Capital compound and a coastal project. Before you buy in Rhodes

First, make sure your offer is for Rhodes New Capital and not Rhodes North Coast; the name is shared but the product and price are completely different. Ask for the project name and district to be written explicitly in the contract.

Rhodes is a large compound, and large compounds are delivered in phases. Ask which phase you are buying in and where it sits in the master plan, near the gate and amenities or on the edges, and what has actually been built in earlier phases.

R7 has many competing compounds, so compare Rhodes' price per square meter with other R7 projects for the same unit type and finishing, keeping in mind the difference between ground-floor units with gardens and typical floors.

In the contract, review the late-delivery clause and maintenance deposit, and ask whether the deposit is included in the installments or due separately before handover.
