New Administrative Capital, a mall in the MU23 zone with shops
Request pricesRadix Real Estate Development is the Egyptian arm of Saudi Arabia's Mowafak Holding and was previously known as Al Salmaniya for Real Estate Development. It entered Egypt in 2018 with residential projects in the Fifth Settlement and Beit El Watan before moving firmly into the New Capital. It works with known partners: French engineering consultancy IEC for design, Mowafak Operation and Management for running malls, MRB for maintenance, and Remax for investment advisory.
Before the Capital, the company built a series of branded projects in New Cairo, including Radix Royal, Radix Palace, Radix Bloom and Radix Elite.
Radix has an operating partner inside its own group, so ask plainly whether Mowafak Operation and Management will run the mall you are buying into, and what the service charge is expected to be. A named operator from day one makes a real difference to a unit's value after handover.
The New Capital has a very large supply of malls, so compare each one's frontage on main roads and the district around it. And since Radix has older projects in New Cairo, visit one to see finishing and upkeep in real life.
Current projects are in the New Capital, including Spinner Mall, Radix Agile and Ray Residence, with older projects in New Cairo.
It belongs to Saudi Arabia's Mowafak Holding and was formerly known in Egypt as Al Salmaniya for Real Estate Development.
For commercial units, buying direct gives longer installments, while resale in a mall close to opening shortens the wait. Compare price per square meter and opening date.
