About Roaya Group
Roaya Group Real Estate Development was founded in 2007 by engineer Hisham Shoukry. Since then its work has split along two clear lines: residential compounds in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement and beach resorts on both the Red Sea and the Mediterranean. Units range from apartments and villas to chalets, so a buyer can find both a home and a summer place from the same developer.
Home or holiday? Tips before choosing
For a home, Roaya's advantage is that older projects such as Stone Park can be visited to see how they have aged after handover, which tells you more than any brochure. Focus on maintenance and the state of shared areas.
