About Ronza Developments
Ronza Real Estate Development was founded in 2007 by Khaled Sabry. Over the years it has built in several areas: New Cairo, 6th of October, Maadi, Wadi El Natrun and, more recently, the New Administrative Capital. Its portfolio mixes office, retail and residential property, and in its housing projects the company likes to highlight sports courts, walking tracks and green space, alongside security staffing and camera systems.
Ronza's work also includes Ronza Mall in the New Capital and Rossel City in Mostakbal City, so it is not new to east Cairo.
