About Royal Developments

Royal Real Estate Development entered the market in 2007 and is led by engineers Sherif Shaalan and Karim Shaalan. Most of its history was built in New Cairo through many residential projects delivered there, which makes the name familiar to Fifth Settlement residents. Over time it expanded into Mostakbal City and the New Capital and started adding commercial projects alongside housing.

Choosing between Royal's locations

Each of the three serves a different goal. If you want to live near ready services, the Sixth Settlement is surrounded by inhabited areas, but ask exactly when your phase will be delivered. If you want more space for a somewhat lower price, Monark in Mostakbal City may suit you, keeping in mind that the area is still completing its services.

Capital Prime is a commercial investment and needs different math: who operates it, what activities each floor allows, and when it is expected to open. Since Royal has older delivered projects in New Cairo, ask for their addresses, visit, and talk to residents about finishing quality and maintenance response. In the contract, focus on the late-delivery penalty and how the maintenance deposit is calculated.
