SAK Developments is owned by three businessmen with long careers in real estate and construction: Sayed Ali El Shahat, who began as a real estate lawyer before moving into development; Eng. Samih El Fishawy, a board member of a Saudi contracting company; and Eng. Kadry El Ghitany, owner of El Ghitany Real Estate Development. The company says it has delivered more than 25 residential, commercial and leisure projects and has worked with government bodies and Arab Contractors. Its past work includes the Elite Medical Tower and Mansoura Business Tower in Mansoura, Osman Towers in Zagazig, the Aga sports stadium and the Wafi compound in Riyadh.
