Ain Sokhna, a resort of chalets, twin houses, townhouses and villas
Request pricesSkybridge Real Estate Development is part of Bridge Group, founded in 2007, whose activities branch into property development, interior design, agriculture and tourism development. Before turning to holiday homes, the company built residential projects in Cairo, including buildings in El Shorouk and Heliopolis, as well as Skybridge Mall in the New Administrative Capital.
Jebal is close to Porto Sokhna and about an hour from Cairo, which makes it a practical weekend option.
Resorts with many unit types require you to think about how you will actually use the place. A chalet is cheaper and easier to maintain and rent; a villa gives privacy and room for a big family but costs more to run. Decide first how and how often you will use it.
Jebal sits on terrain with different levels, so ask about your unit's elevation and the view you will really get, not the one in the renderings. Also ask which facilities will open at first handover, such as the hotel, club and pools, and which are deferred to later phases.
If you go in with a small down payment and a long plan, add the expected maintenance fees after handover to the yearly installment so you see the full financial picture. Check the delivery date and late-delivery penalty in the contract.
Its latest project is Jebal in Ain Sokhna, alongside Skybridge Mall in the New Capital and residential buildings in El Shorouk and Heliopolis.
It belongs to Bridge Group, founded in 2007, which works in property, interior design, agriculture and tourism development.
A chalet suits weekend use or renting out; a villa suits a large family wanting privacy. Compare yearly maintenance costs for both before deciding.
