Town Writers Developments Projects in Egypt

About Town Writers Developments

Town Writers Developments was previously known as Eight Developments and changed its name as it entered a new phase. It was founded in 2017 as part of ARO Holding and is led by Eng. Omar El Saadawy.

According to available information, it has delivered more than 52 projects in about five years, mostly in New Cairo and El Gouna. Other projects attributed to it include Revolve Mall in New Cairo and Capital malls such as Downtown Mall, 88 Hub and Central Point, so commercial work is a large part of its business.

Before buying from Town Writers

First, because of the name change, make sure the legal entity named in your contract and receipts is correct, and ask how the new name relates to projects sold before the change.

If you are considering Notion in the Fifth Settlement, ask about the written handover date, finishing level and green space, and compare price per meter with nearby compounds. For Coda Mall, ask which activities are allowed, what service charges are and who will run the mall.

With so many commercial projects to its name, you can visit one that is delivered and operating to check occupancy and upkeep, a practical sign of how the company performs after handover.
