About Zaytoun Developments
Zaytoun Real Estate Development came to the market with an unusual background: it extends the Zaytoun family's more than 80 years in farming and car manufacturing. New Zayed or the Capital?
These serve two completely different goals. Lunara is a residential project in New Zayed, a fast-growing extension of Sheikh Zayed. If you plan to live there, ask about road links to the 26th of July Corridor and the Regional Ring Road, and which services will be ready at handover rather than years later.
The Capital malls are commercial investments. Za Mall's downtown location is a plus, but ask about the total number of units, the retail-to-office split and who will manage it. Since units start small, compare the actual price per square meter, not the unit's total price; small units often cost more per meter. Review the maintenance and operating terms before signing.
