Km 179, Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road, Al Dabaa · La Vista Developments
At Km 179 of the International Coastal Road in Al Dabaa, La Vista Developments built La Vista Bay on 234 feddans of land overlooking the Mediterranean. Its neighbor is La Vista Bay East, another resort by the same company, and the village is reached via Fouka Road and Dabaa Road, with New Alamein City not far off.
Construction here is complete: the homes currently on offer have been handed over and are sold by their owners fully finished, several of them furnished and fitted with appliances. That makes the resort a fit for anyone who wants a summer home usable next season without a wait, whether a chalet for a small family or a twin house for a larger one.
The master plan lines the homes up in successive rows that curve as parallel arcs toward the beach, an arrangement that opens sea views to the units while keeping a clear degree of privacy between rows. Landscaped gardens and water features thread through these rows, with room for walks and family picnics.
Evening photos show curving pools fed by rocky waterfalls, dancing fountains, and a long palm-lined promenade lit by ground lamps. Buildings step down in low, sand-colored volumes with broad terraces that open onto the water and greenery.
La Vista Bay sits on 234 feddans; the available data gives neither a total unit count nor a green-space ratio. The resort includes chalets, penthouses, twin houses and standalone villas, yet current offers cluster in three types:
La Vista is not releasing new stock in this resort at present, so the market is purely resale, starting at EGP 12,850,000. Listings available in October 2026 put each type in the following range:
The median works out to about EGP 108,300 per m² for chalets and EGP 91,700 for duplexes, jumping to roughly EGP 167,600 for twin houses, whose price includes their own land.
| Unit type | Area | Bedrooms | From |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chalet | 125 – 280 m² | 2 – 4 | EGP 12,850,000 |
| Duplex | 180 m² | 4 | EGP 16,500,000 |
| Twin house | 200 – 340 m² | 3 – 5 | EGP 40,000,000 |
La Vista has no installment scheme on offer here at the moment, since the homes have been handed over to their buyers, and every current listing asks for cash.
Where a unit still has installments outstanding, the seller is normally reimbursed for the sums paid to the company, topped up by a premium set through negotiation; from then on the buyer keeps up the rest of the schedule as each payment falls due. Either way, check the following before signing:
A rough estimate excluding interest, maintenance deposit and parking. The actual plan is set in the unit contract.
Services are planned to cover a holidaymaker's whole day, from beach and water to food, exercise and care, and include:
