Diplomats Village is a private residential phase inside the Mountain View Ras El Hekma resort on the North Coast, located at kilometre 200 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road. Visitors from Cairo reach it in about three hours via the new Dabaa Road, and from Alexandria in about two, while Sidi Abdel Rahman is 35 minutes away.
Villas and chalets make up most of the phase, which sits near well-known resorts such as Lyv Ras El Hekma, Solare, The Med and Gaia. It serves buyers seeking a quiet, private summer home, or a ready coastal unit that can be rented out in season.
Diplomats Village design
The Diplomats Village plan arranges homes in curving rows that run towards the sea, broken up by lawns, pools and walking paths so that each cluster keeps a degree of privacy. Residents have direct access to a private Mediterranean beach.
Architectural style
The facades follow a clear Mediterranean style: white walls, arches at entrances and balconies, red clay-tile roofs, timber-framed windows and small towers crowning some of the villas.
