Km 200, Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road, Ras El Hekma · Mountain View
Mountain View Ras El Hekma is a Mediterranean summer resort developed by Mountain View at km 200 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road. Cairo is about 3 hours away via the new Dabaa Road and Alexandria roughly 2 hours, with further access from Fouka Road and the International Coastal Road.
The resort sits among upscale neighbors such as The Med, Gaia and Solare, and offers chalets, penthouses, townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas, many with gardens, rooftops or private parking. It suits families wanting a calm, fully serviced summer base, and buyers after a ready second home on the North Coast.
Mountain View drew the resort's layout from Greek architecture: white walls, blue doors and shutters, flower-covered pergolas, and zones that each carry the name of a Greek island.
The plan is divided into Acropolis, Corfu, Rhodes Heights, Santorini, Mykonos, Tinos, Amorgos, Samos, Paros, Evia, Crete and Diplomats, alongside the Hotel Indigo. Green walkways and pools close to the homes run between the zones.
Along the waterfront, The Promenade is laid out for jogging and watching the sunset, while the Agora acts as the everyday heart of the resort with a supermarket, restaurants and a kids' area.
Published sources put the land area at between 450 and 500 feddans. The resort meets the sea along an 800 m beach, and 19 swimming pools are spread across its neighborhoods.

Mountain View offers three plans with fixed (not rising) installments on new resort units:
Most listed units are ready and sold by their owners, many for cash. Where installments remain, the buyer pays the owner what they have paid plus the agreed premium, then continues the outstanding installments. Ask the developer for an up-to-date statement of account and check the transfer fees and maintenance deposit before completing the purchase.
A rough estimate excluding interest, maintenance deposit and parking. The actual plan is set in the unit contract.
The developer equipped the resort with facilities that cover a summer day from morning to night:
Founded by Amr Soliman, Mountain View started its first New Cairo project in 2006 and now builds across East and West Cairo and on both coasts.
