Nobu Residence is the serviced branded-residence phase within Ogami, the resort SODIC is developing in Ras El Hekma, and it is run by Japanese hospitality brand Nobu. The phase sits right on the sea and gives easy access to the Nobu Hotel, its restaurant and the resort's main facilities.

Nobu Residence Ogami design

Nobu Residence is laid out as a small, low-density community: buildings rise no higher than ground plus one or two floors, and each holds just four units. Every first- and second-floor home looks out to sea, while ground-floor units come with private pools.

The master plan colour-codes the different villa types and the serviced-residence zones around a green core, with the Nobu Hotel and restaurant near the shore. Greenery covers the phase, with water features and shaded open spaces spread through it.
