SODIC Eastvale is a residential project SODIC is building with MIDAR in Mada City, East Cairo, close to Mostakbal City and just 5 minutes from the New Administrative Capital. It spans 500 feddans and takes its name from "vale", meaning valley, a nod to its open green setting.
Detached family living dominates: villas, townhouses and twin houses account for 85% of the homes, and apartment buildings for only 15%. Every unit on offer is delivered fully finished between 2029 and 2030, which suits families who want to move straight in without managing a fit-out, and people working in the New Capital or New Cairo.
SODIC Eastvale design
The master plan is by EDSA, which kept the building footprint to just 13% of the land, set aside 20 feddans for recreation and about 20,000 m² for water features. Garden trails link the neighborhoods to social nodes, and each neighborhood has its own character.
Architecture is by Sydney-based PBD Architects, built on four ideas: pattern, sleek geometry, nature woven in, and Scandinavian inspiration. Renders show warm sand-colored façades, timber sun screens and planters spilling over the balconies.

Each block is ground plus four floors, with a double-height entrance, 21 units and two elevators, optional storage rooms, and apartments handed over with air conditioning.
