East Cairo sees a steady stream of launches, but similar-sounding compound names can hide very different products. Some projects are small towns with every unit type, some are villa-only, some are built around apartments, and others are offices and clinics. Classifying a project before comparing its price saves a lot of time.
Large mixed compounds
Examples include SODIC East in New Heliopolis on 655 feddans, Aliva Mountain View in Mostakbal City on 640 feddans, and Mountain View iCity and SODIC Eastvale on 500 feddans each. They bring apartments, attached homes and villas together in one place.
Villa-only communities
La Vista specializes in this format, with El Patio Town on 330 feddans in the Fifth Settlement, El Patio Hills in the Sixth Settlement, and El Patio Prime and El Patio 5 East in El Shorouk, some adding a "quadro" model alongside villas, twin houses and townhouses.
