El Patio Riva is a gated apartment community by La Vista Developments in 6th Settlement, New Cairo, sitting right beside Marakez's Crescent Walk. Tree-lined footpaths link the buildings, and manicured gardens carry evenly spaced fountains and small lakes. Published renders show facades with wide glazed balconies, ground-floor flats with private gardens, and swimming pools set between the blocks.

The master plan marks two barbecue areas, three clubhouses, sports courts, a kids' area, a family park and a commercial hub, with underground parking that keeps internal streets quiet.
