Mountain View 1.1, also known as the Mountain View 1 Extension, is a residential compound by Mountain View in the North Investors Area of New Cairo, directly beside Mountain View 1 and close to iCity New Cairo. It spreads over 65 feddans as a relatively small gated community overlooking the Royal Valley.

The site has easy reach to North and South 90th Street, the Eastern Ring Road, the American University in Cairo, Al Ahly Club and Rehab City. It suits families who want a home in central New Cairo near schools and hospitals and prefer low-density living surrounded by green space.

Mountain View 1.1 design

The plan divides the compound into five zones: the Corniche, Grand Valley, Royal Garden, Palace Island and The Park. Each zone wraps around green space and water features so that every home looks onto a broad valley, with an activity center in each valley.

The architecture follows a modern American style: clapboard-look facades in blue-gray tones, steep roofs with projecting dormer windows, and white columns and balconies, as the renderings show. A promenade for walking and cycling runs through the project.

Phase 2

The developer's newest release in the project, made up of apartments and villas, and the source of most current developer offers, all fully finished.

The land measures 65 feddans, much of it taken up by green valleys, water features and the promenade; no official unit or building count has been published. Phase 2 alone accounts for 14 developer listings right now.
