The Ridge is a villa-only neighbourhood that Al Ahly Sabbour Developments built on 44 feddans inside The City of Odyssia in Mostakbal City, close to the Cairo–Suez Road. Its relatively compact size makes it a quiet, low-density community with no towers blocking the skyline, and it connects directly to the Middle Ring Road, the Regional Ring Road, Al Amal Axis and Sokhna Road.
Homes range from townhouses and twin houses to standalone villas, and every priced listing right now comes from owners. The Ridge fits households after a garden home inside a compact, gated district while still having Odyssia's schools, business district and retail area within easy reach.
The Ridge design
The master plan splits The Ridge into three gated villa clusters, each with its own services, and the internal streets loop around a green core, as the plan shows. 80% of the land is left as open space, woven with lawns, water features and jogging and cycling lanes.
The homes were designed by Alchemy Architecture, whose approach blends each building into its setting and blurs the line between architecture, landscape and interiors. The renders show contemporary facades in dark grey with timber cladding, pitched roof lines and wide glazing. Some homes face the street, while others look onto the gardens.
The Ridge size
The Ridge covers 44 feddans, 80% of which is open and green space, with the rest taken up by 76 residential buildings, a limited number that protects residents' privacy.
