Inside Caesar resort, Km 202, International Coastal Road, Ras El Hekma · SODIC
Caesar Extension 2 is a new extension inside Caesar, the resort SODIC is developing in Ras El Hekma at Km 202 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh road. It is a five-minute drive from SODIC's June resort, about 35 minutes from Sidi Abdel Rahman and 45 minutes from Alamein Airport.
The extension centers on ground-level homes with gardens, townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas, alongside a small number of three-bedroom apartments. Every unit listed now is a primary SODIC unit, fully finished and due in 2030, making the phase a fit for buyers who want a summer house with a generous garden and are willing to wait until the end of the decade.
The extension follows Caesar's architectural language: the renders show two-story villas with sloping roofs and facades that mix natural stone with beige render, wide glazing, timber-shaded terraces and a driveway in front of each home. Caesar's master plan shows villas, twin houses and townhouses arranged in neighboring clusters.
Landscaped green areas surround the homes, separating the buildings and giving each one a measure of privacy, while water features spread across the phase help cool the air. Tree-lined footpaths link the clusters, and some upper terraces look out over pools toward the sea on the horizon.
The data gives no separate land area or total unit count for Caesar Extension 2, but the current listings show that private gardens take up a large share of the phase; some villas come with a garden more than twice the size of the house itself.
Built-up areas on offer break down as follows:

On the listed units, payments fall due every quarter, and the down payment starts at about EGP 1.4 million for an apartment and reaches about EGP 2.3 million for a villa.
No owner listings exist in the phase at the moment. When they do appear, the seller recovers what they have paid plus a premium, and the buyer carries on with the remaining SODIC schedule. Before buying, request an up-to-date statement of account from the developer and confirm the transfer fees and the maintenance deposit.
