At Km 194 of the Alexandria–Matrouh road, in the heart of Ras El Hekma, SODIC is developing June on 280 feddans running straight down to the sea. The site sits about 50 meters above sea level, five minutes from Caesar resort, ten minutes from Dabaa Road and half an hour from Sidi Abdel Rahman.
Homes in June span chalets, apartments, lofts, duplexes and penthouses through to townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas, with some sold by the developer and others by their owners. The resort is divided into five neighborhoods, Pearl, Aquamarine, Opal, Beach Residence and Aqua Lagoons, each with its own character and unit mix.
