Rare is a gated villa neighborhood that Al Ahly Sabbour Developments is building inside its integrated city, The City of Odyssia, in Mostakbal City, on 30 feddans of land. It lies a short drive from the New Administrative Capital and about 8 km from Madinaty and the Suez Road, near El Shorouk and New Heliopolis.

Rare design
The master plan for Rare was drawn up by YBA, the same firm that planned the parent city of Odyssia. The concept encourages residents to spend more time outdoors, so landscaped gardens wrap around the homes and are linked by pedestrian paths, jogging tracks and cycling lanes.
