Everyday Mall is the commercial frontage of The Mornings Compound, developed by Al Ahly Sabbour in Al Yasmeen, Fifth Settlement. It brings together medical clinics, offices, retail shops and restaurants, and benefits from its proximity to Al Sadat Axis, North 90th Street and Downtown Katameya, so customers from outside the compound can reach it easily.
The mall has no residential units. It targets doctors, small-business owners and investors who want a unit that earns rental income. Its position within a residential compound gives it a steady audience of residents in addition to visitors from neighbouring districts. Units are currently sold by the developer, with handover expected in 2029.
Everyday Mall design
Everyday's buildings are low blocks of three to four storeys with large glass facades divided by beige stone columns, and ground floors that open onto the pavement so shops and cafes are clearly on show. The design adds planted terraces, canopies stretching over the entrances and dedicated space for shop signage.
The mall is part of The Mornings master plan, serving the compound's residents directly while also receiving visitors arriving from the surrounding roads. Wide pavements, palm trees and green areas surround the buildings, along with parking.
Everyday Mall size
No separate land area has been announced for Everyday, as the project occupies part of the 15-feddan plot of The Mornings. Its units are small to mid-sized, suited to professional uses:
- Clinics: 42 to 77 m², enough for a solo practice or a small centre with two examination rooms.
- Offices: 55 to 75 m², suited to a small team or a consultancy.
Retail shops in various sizes are also part of the project, although none are currently listed with a price.
Everyday Mall prices
Units at Everyday Mall start from EGP 6,958,000 according to the developer's published price, and no resale units are listed at present, based on listings available in October 2026. Price ranges:
- Clinics: EGP 7.2 to 13.5 million.
- Offices: EGP 8.3 to 11.2 million.
The median price per square metre reaches about EGP 173,300 for clinics and about EGP 150,100 for offices, higher than the residential units in The Mornings, as is usual for commercial property bought to operate or lease.
